When is the next time I'll have a clean house? I've heard from others that that will be when my youngest child is 4. Somehow that gets me mentally off the hook for a few moments, but I just can't seem to cope with this messy house. There is stuff everywhere, all the time. And I hate it.
I don't care if it's justified or expected with 2 kids. I know I have excuses...I guess. So, anyone want to come over and clean my house?

oh, i don't have children but i have a husband and i can relate to a messy home. he thinks that now that we have a house it will be cleanier than our apartment was because we have room for everything. i already saw his bathroom towel on the windowsill in the dining room after his shower. the thing with it being my husband and not my children is that i am trying my hardest not to have to play "mother" with him and tell him to pick up his shit. i'm not into being that kind of wife. alas, i do not believe our house will be any cleaner than our apartment. he's a slob and i refuse to pick up after him = dirty house :) you're not alone.
sure. i would LOVE to clean your house. if you watch my two kids. :-)
